DJing & rhythm
Fun music taster activities, rhythm games and sound-based challenges that help children get creative with music.
May Half Term • Hemel Hempstead • Ages 5–11
A fun, structured holiday camp where children can express themselves, try something new and have a brilliant time in a safe, encouraging environment.
A different kind of holiday camp
Not every child wants a sports-only holiday club. Shine Creative Camp gives children a full day of music, street dance, performance, creative games and group activities, with the structure parents need and the energy children love.
What children will do
No previous music, dance or performance experience is needed. Children can join in at their own level.
Fun music taster activities, rhythm games and sound-based challenges that help children get creative with music.
High-energy, age-appropriate street dance routines and movement games that build confidence and coordination.
Creative voice and performance activities where children can explore words, rhythm, expression and confidence.
Group challenges, creative games and outdoor play to help children make friends and enjoy the full camp experience.
Book individual days or the full four-day camp.
Why Shine?
Our aim is to help children feel brave, included, encouraged and proud of themselves.
Children explore DJing, rhythm, street dance, rap, singing and performance in a way that feels fun, accessible and exciting.
Our team includes an international award-winning DJ, a multi-award-winning street dancer and dance coach, and award-winning rappers and singers who have appeared on national TV.
The aim is not to create “perfect performers”. The aim is to help children feel encouraged, safe and willing to try.
The standard day runs from 9:30am to 3:30pm, with an extended day option from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Places are limited for the first Shine Creative Camp pilot.

We know choosing a holiday camp is a big decision. Children need to have fun, but they also need to be safe, supported and well looked after.
